Payment & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

Event payments are non-refundable after the stated registration deadline
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
If NSGT cancels an event, registered participants will be notified and provided appropriate next steps

Processing fees from payment platforms may not be refundable.
