Photography & Media Release

By attending NSGT events, you understand that photographs, videos, or other media may be captured during events.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an NSGT organizer before or during the event.

Payment & Refund Policy

Event fees and payment requirements will be clearly listed during registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Event payments are non-refundable after the stated registration deadline

  • Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • If NSGT cancels an event, registered participants will be notified and provided appropriate next steps

Processing fees from payment platforms may not be refundable.
